On the RMS online booking page the available time slots and your email booking confirmations and notifications are always displayed in YOUR LOCAL TIME ZONE provided that the time zone on your account is set correctly at the moment the booking is made.

To avoid any unpleasant surprises of booking your lesson at an inconvenient time by accident please follow these steps below:

1. Head to

Make sure you are logged in to your RMS account.

If this is your first time booking a lesson at RMS Vocal Institute, you will be asked to register and you will be logged in automatically for the rest of the booking process.

2. Before checking your teacher's availability please always make sure that YOUR TIME is displaying your local time zone at the right corner of the page. OUR TIME always indicates RMS' local time which is London, UK (Greenwich time, displayed as EUROPE/LONDON). Your teacher's local time zone might differ from that but it will not affect your booking at all.
If YOUR TIME doesn't show your local time, then you can manually change it by clicking on the clock

3. When you hit the clock this window will pop up where you can select your time zone from the list then click the "Set my timezone" button.

After setting this up, now all time slots on the booking page, all confirmation, notification and lesson reminder emails will show the time of your appointment in your local time zone.
Please also note that sessions booked in by your teacher such as your 2nd, 3rd and 4th bundle sessions might display different time of your appointment than the time you agreed with your teacher. Please always stick to the time that’s been agreed with your teacher and ignore the time difference in your emails / text.


Additional info:

Time slots on the booking page are in 24 hr format, so 7:00 means 7:00 am and 14:30 means 2.30 pm.

If you have booked your lesson already and realised that it's booked at a time by accident that you can not make it, please email your teacher immediately. Please​ do not cancel your appointment as in most cases your teacher will be able to reschedule the lesson for you.
